Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that the Superintending Engineer & DWRO, Telugu Ganga Project Circle, Nandyal i.e., the 2nd respondent, addressed a letter to the Government Pleader vide Letter No. SE/TGP/NDL/AB/Supdt/A.3/443M, dated 25.07.2024, informing that the petitioner was paid an amount of Rs.1,80,248/- for the interregnum period from 01.02.2014 to 04.02.2015 vide payment reference No.2421822412848, dated 29.08.2018, by enclosing the statement of supplementary pay bill. The instructions of the 2nd respondent are handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not get instructions from the petitioner and requested to close the Contempt Case with liberty to challenge the letter dated 25.07.2024, if the amount is not credited to the petitioner’s account. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed, granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
