For the respondents : Mr. Anirudh Sharma, Advocate. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) In terms of the last order, the amount which is due to the petitioners has been paid by the respondents. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the transfer of the case No.20 of 2019 and 2 of 2025 titled Shelly Sharma & another Versus Manu Sharma & others, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Solan, District Solan, H.P., to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., on the ground that as during the pendency of the proceedings, they have to shift to Dharamshala on account of study of daughter, therefore, presently it is very difficult for the petitioners to prosecute the case at Solan. Learned 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:32471 Counsel further submitted that the petitioners have no source of income except the maintenance being paid by the respondents, which also has been paid now under the orders passed by this Court, therefore also, the petition be allowed, as prayed for. 3. Though the request has been opposed to by learned Counsel for the respondents on the ground that the cases have been initiated at the behest of the petitioners, but as a one time measure, the Court is entertaining the request of the petitioners and the cases, details whereof are given in petition is ordered to be transfer to the appropriate Court at Dharamshala. However, it is clarified that hereinafter, there shall be no right conferred upon the petitioners to have the matter transferred to any other Court, if for any reason whatsoever, if they leave Dharamshala. 4.
