Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, being CS No. 124/2024, dated 31.10.2024, in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Khetri PS Case No. 143/2024, registered under Section 303(2) of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 13(1)/16 of Assam Cattle Preservation (Amendment) Act, 2021. 3. The petitioner is directed to approach the learned jurisdictional Court/Elaka Magistrate, within 20 days and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court, in accordance with law. 4.
