Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petition has prayed for the followed reliefs:- “(i) That the action of the respondent Corporation for denying the arrears of differential amount of pre-revised basic pay and revised basic pay for the period of re-employment of petitioner w.e.f. 1.8.2017 to 29.12.2017 and 7.3.2019 to 31.12.2021 may kindly be quashed and set aside, with all consequential benefits. (ii) That the respondent Corporation may kindly be directed to extend the benefit of decision passed by this Hon’ble Court in CWP No.309 of 2024 dated 28.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) to the petitioner from due date with interest at market rate, with all consequential benefits.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation has handed over details of arrears that have been paid to the petitioner, which are taken on record and on the strength thereof he 2 submits that now the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner verifies this fact. 3. Accordingly, now as the petition has lost its efficacy, the same is, accordingly, closed and disposed of as such.
