ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“Wherefore, it is prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the records in (PCR No.148/2016) C.C.No.11188/2017, pending on the file of learned V ACJM, Bangalore City, and quash the proceedings in (PCR No.148/2016) C.C.No.11188/2017, punishable under Sections 418, 428, 120(B), R/w. 34 of IPC pending on the file of learned V ACJM, Bangalore City, in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3.
After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn directing the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.11188/2017 within a stipulated timeframe. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the petitioners to urge all contentions before the Trial Court, who shall consider the same in accordance with law. Further, the Trial Court is directed to

dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
