2. Under instructions, it has been submitted by
learned counsel for the petitioner that the directions may be issued to the respondents/State to decide the matter, with regard to the parole, within the stipulated period.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is
disposed of, at this stage, by directing the respondents to decide the matter, regarding the parole application of the petitioner, within a period of 15 days, from today.
4. It is clarified that after the decision of the said application, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court, if need so arises.
5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
