The petitioner- Mir Sarukh is in custody in connection with S.T. No.197 of 2023 arising out of Bagru P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.532 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 364, 302, 201 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and the same is being renewed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2023 and charges have been framed on 18.12.2023 and only eight witnesses have been examined out of 13. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. I do not find any change of circumstance for renewal of the bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
