Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA as well as perused the record. 2. This is second bail application. First bail application was dismissed by this Court on 23.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33459 of 2024. 3. Grounds taken by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant in the present bail application have already been considered while rejecting the first bail application. No new ground has been made out in the present bail application. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that charge sheet has been submitted on 27.9.2024 but till date, no charge has been framed and no witnesses have been examined. 4. The bail application of the applicant- Chotu Alias Ayush, who is involved in pleased to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 730 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376D, 308 I.P.C. and section 5G/6 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahr during the pendency of trial before the Court below, is accordingly rejected. 6. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the trial court.
