Amendment Application No.02 of 2025 1. The amendment application has been filed challenging the notice which was issued for auctioning of the property on 30.01.2025. That date has since passed, therefore, there is no requirement to allow the amendment application. 2. Accordingly, the amendment application is rejected. Writ Petition 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the demand notice sent to the petitioner on 13.09.2020 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, Rs.15,44,903/- was payable by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-bank, however states the outstanding payable from the petitioner alongwith interest is Rs.23,39,791/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however disputes this amount. 3. Under such circumstances, we are of the view that this writ petition would not be entertainable. 4.
