1. This Court, by order dated 20th May, 2025, requested the Trial Court to ensure that the hearing on point of charge in FIR No. 55/2023 under Sections 170 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 66C of the Information Technology Act, 2000, be concluded expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of the order.
2. The matter has been listed on an office note in light of a request received from the Trial Court to the following effect:
“……………………The given period stipulated/ fixed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide judgment dated 20.05.2025 having already expired, it is requested that an extension of period may be granted for expeditious proceedings in the said case. It is undertaken that efforts sincere shall be made to expedite the proceedings of charge.”
