The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024. 3. An information was received by the Police that the TSPC members were obstructing the transportation of coal and seeing the Police Party the armed miscreants had fled away. 4. It has been alleged that a pamphlet was recovered demanding extortion money from the Company transporting coal. 5. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and seems to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Aryan Kumar Bhokta. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025 and one of the co-accused similarly situated has been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 3456/2025. 6. Although it has been submitted by Mr. Satish Prasad, learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
