The Official Assignee, after securing the valuation report, assessed the value of the movables belong to the insolvent and by conducting public auction, fixed the sale amount of Rs.6,83,000/- As per the valuation report, the value of the movables is Rs.5,57,560/-. However, during the public auction, the successful bidder offered a sum of Rs.6,83,000/- That being so, the sale stands confirmed. The Application is allowed.
