The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 19.12.2024, passed by the respondent No.4, the Tehsildar Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur, in regard to allontment of fishery lease over Plot No. 501Ka and 433, situate in Village Taraon, Tehsil Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur. Upon being pointed out by the counsel for the State respondents that in case the petitioner is aggrieved against an order granting lease he would have a statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
