Land Revenue Code, 1959 has been terminated. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application U/s 250- A of the Code, 1959 was pending before the SDO(R), Pandariya and without there being any instruction on behalf of the petitioner, the proceeding was terminated. He further submits that no such instruction was given to the counsel who appeared before the SDO(R), Pandariya, therefore, against that order, this petition has been filed. Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2025.03.18 14:07:46 +0530 2 3) After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may kindly be permitted to move application before the concerned authority for continuation/ restoration of the Case No. 13- A/70/2012-13. 4) The prayer made by Mr. Agrawal appears to be fair and reasonable, therefore, instant petition is hereby disposed of reserving liberty in favor of the petitioner to move appropriate application before the SDO(R), Pandariya for continuation/ restoration of his case. It is expected that the authority concerned shall decide the same in an objective manner. 5) Accordingly, instant writ petition stands disposed on admission itself.
