The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 303/2024 (S), for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 109(1), 140(1) & 190 of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 was added, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. On 17.08.2024 at about 8:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith 15- 20 unknown persons assaulted son of the informant, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
