State of H.P. and another2. Their grievance is that despite the aforesaid judgment having attained finality and having been implemented by the respondent-Education Department in several cases, benefit 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 CWPOA No.7531 of 2019, decided on 30.12.2022 - 2 - of this judgment is not being extended to the petitioners, even though the petitioners have represented to the respondents for granting them benefit of the bunching of increments in terms of the said decision. 3. From the documents placed on record, more particularly, Annexure P-5 dated 28.11.2024, issued by respondent No.3, it appears that petitioners have represented to the respondents for redressal of their grievances in respect of extending the benefit of aforesaid decision in their favour. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for redressal of their grievances/grant of bunching of increment to them in light of aforesaid decision within a period of six weeks from today.
