The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 26.02.2021 in IR No.4405/2019 (D No.2623/2019) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-1, Karnataka in I.A.No.3533/2019 vide Annexure-E and a Mandamus directing the respondents to receive the balance amount from the petitioner by giving sufficient time to the petitioner. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Narayana Shenoy., on instruction submits that the petitioner has cleared the loan amount and documents are returned to the petitioner. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:583 WP No. 6452 of 2021 5. Because of the clearance of the loan amount and return of documents to the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition, at this juncture. 6.
