The present appeal arises out of order dated 10.02.2016 passed by the Principal District Judge, Nanded, rejecting application filed by the present appellant under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia praying that the respondent/Finance Company be restrained from seizing his vehicle. The said application, which was registered as Misc. RJE No. 184/2015, was rejected vide order dated 10.02.2016. The said order is subject matter of challenge in the present appeal. Notice in the appeal was issued vide order dated 21.06.2016. 2. There is no interim order passed in the present appeal. In that view of the matter, and having regard to the period that has elapsed since the date of passing of the impugned order, in the considered opinion of this Court, there is no reason to interfere with impugned order rejecting the prayer for temporary injunction.
