Heard Shri Sandeep Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant petition has been preferred with following prayer:- A) Issue an order or direction directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gola, Gorakhpur to decide Case No.1495 of 2022, Computer Case No. T202205310701495 (State vs. Phoolchand & others) under Section 145 Cr.P.C, Police Station Badhalganj, District Gorakhpur pending since 2022 within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only for seeking expeditious disposal of aforesaid case. 4. There is hardly any objection raised by learned counsel for respondent for seeking prayer of expedite disposal of aforesaid case. 5. Be that as it may, if there is no other legal impediment, learned Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gola, Gorakhpur to expedite hearing of aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. 6. Both the learned counsels assured on behalf of their clients that no unnecessary adjournment shall be sought by either of the parties and they will cooperate to the learned court concerned for achieving the directions as made above. 7.
