Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.440 of 2019 of Ongole Taluk Police Station, Prakasam District, for the offence under Sections 452, 354, 323 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i)2(va) of Sc/St (POA) Act, and investigated into the case and charge sheet was also filed and the same was numbered as S.C.No.80 of 2020 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge’s Court, Ongole. 4. Recording the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
