Order No.05 Dated- 15-01-2025
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court only after his acquittal in the criminal case. He submits that the departmental charge and the criminal case were on the same set of facts.
He also submitted that he may be permitted to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority bringing to the notice about his acquittal in the criminal case being GR No. 1252 of 2010 (disposed on 29.09.2023).
Considering the submission of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. If the same is filed within six weeks the same will be considered by the Appellate Authority on merits.
This writ application is disposed of.
