By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 19/03/2025, by which, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by Director Employment Training on AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.04.30 11:50:14 +0530 2 / 3 19/03/2025 without considering the grievance raised by him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner, in compliance of the direction issued in WPS No.491/2025 of this Court, has been rejected by the Director without considering the grievance raised by him about the violation of the circular issued by the State Government dated 30/06/2015. He would submit that in the representation, the petitioner has raised a grievance that he has been transferred to a core scheduled area, in spite of the fact that he had earlier been posted for a considerable period in the scheduled area. Learned counsel further submits that State Government has constituted a committee for redressal of the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State Government and the case of the petitioner may be send to the Committee for consideration of the grievance raised by him in the representation. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents though not disputed the constitution of the Committee to redress the grievance of the transferred employees, however, he submits that after the order impugned dated 19/03/2025, the petitioner has been relieved from his present place of posting i.e. Industrial Training from the post of Principal Class II, I.T.I. Durg today. 4. Countering the above submission, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is still working. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the documents. 3 / 3 6. Looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner raised herein within a further period of 20 days. Till then, the status quo be maintained regarding the posting of the petitioner 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
