The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to take appropriate action in the matter on the basis of inquiry report dated 27.10.2017 submitted by sub inspector of Police Station-Line Bazar, Jaunpur and to investigate the matter after lodging of First Information Report against the respondent no.5 due to whose negligence daughter of the petitioner has been died and compensation may also be provided to the petitioner." 2. When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the instructions and provided the report of Chief Medical Officer, Jaunpur dated 31.7.2018. Along with the said instructions, the decision taken by the Committee on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 13.04.2018 is also appended, copy of the same has been provided to the counsel for the petitioner. After going through the same, prayer has been made that the prayer of the petitioner has already granted, hence Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jawahar Lal Maurya, Rajnath Ydav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
