Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed to take back the original Gift Deed No. 122/1996 dated 10.01.1996 as well as the Gift Deed No. 4523/1999 dated 12.11.1999. It is submitted that the applicant pledges to return the original of the Gift Deed No. 122/1996 dated 10.01.1996 as well as the Gift Deed No. 4523/1999 dated 12.11.1999 at any point of time as directed by this Court, as and when necessary. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has raised no objection. 4. Applicant may take back the original Gift Deed No. 122/1996 dated 10.01.1996 as well as the Gift Deed No. 4523/1999 dated 12.11.1999 from the Registry of this Court after submitting the copies of the aforementioned Gift Deeds, which may be compared in original and also the applicant to submit the certified copies of the aforementioned Gift Deeds after taking back the original of the Gift Deed No. 122/1996 dated 10.01.1996 as well as the Gift Deed No. 4523/1999 dated 12.11.1999. 5.
