Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to afford an opportunity of hearing to her before deciding the appeal filed by the respondent no.4 against cancellation of fair price shop dealership. 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that on her complaint an inquiry was initiated against the respondent no.4 and on the basis of said inquiry the fair price shop dealership of respondent no.4 was cancelled by the order of Sub Divisional Officer, Sasni, District Hathras, dated 10.01.2025. Against the said order the respondent no.4 has filed an appeal before respondent no.2 in which petitioner wants an opportunity of hearing. 4. The present petition seeking a direction for affording an opportunity of hearing before respondent no.2 appears to be misconceived. However, petitioner may approach the appellate authority seeking such opportunity of hearing, if she is so advised. 5. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. October 15, 2025 Ashok Kr.
