Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing an opportunity to the petitioner to scrutinize the Merit Points given to him whereby, his application was rejected, by further deleting his name from the list of applications for consideration for employment under Compassionate Grounds as illegal and arbitrary, being contrary to the principle of audi alteram partem and Article 14 and 16 of The Constitution of INDIA and consequently direct the respondents to continue petitioners name in the list of applications for consideration for employment under Compassionate Grounds, and consider the petitioner for future recruitment under Compassionate Grounds in the interests of justice and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in the list of applications for consideration for employment under Compassionate Grounds, for subsequent recruitments, by suspending the letter No.AMD- 1/4/2022- Rectt/1479, dt:20-09-2024 pending disposal of the Writ Petition, and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:
