By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2024 at Police Station - Turkpatti, District Kushinagar, under Section 302 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 23.03.2024. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 18.11.2024. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of status report sent by the trial court submits that the matter is posted for final arguments. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. The bail application is dismissed.
