The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.75 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 319(2)/ 318(4)/ 338/ 336(3)/ 340(2)/ 61 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66B/66C/66D & 84 C of I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in cybercrime. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that only because one mobile phone with SIM Card was recovered from the petitioner, hence the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is no money trail involved in this case. Drawing attention of this court towards para-14 of the instant bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 01.05.2025 as is evident from para-16 of the instant bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be also released on bail. Learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.75 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
