This public interest litigation has been filed praying for a relief to restrain the respondents from opening Tasmac Shop in Survey No.532 at Thirumudivakkam, Krishna Nagar Phase-II, Kancheepuram District. 3. He further submits that a representation has also been submitted by the petitioner not to open any liquor shop. 4. Since an order has been passed on 02.09.2025, prior to the filing of this petition, the present writ petition is not maintainable without challenge to the order dated 02.09.2025. 5. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to challenge the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the District Collector. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
