As per the report dated 18.08.2025, representative of the petitioner firm-Satya Prakash has expired on 24.04.2022 and his death certificate has been annexed with the report. The death certificate along with the report is taken on record. 3. In view of the aforesaid discussions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed being abated. 4.
