The instant writ petition is preferred with request to issue direction to the respondent no.2 to allot alternative land admeasuring 2010 sq. meters in Village Roza Yakubpur, Greater Noida West, District Gautam Buddh Nagar in favour of petitioner in lieu of Plot No.4A allotted vide allotment No.ROJO1508 dated 21.06.2016 forthwith. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. 4. In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally giving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida, gautam Buddh Nagar, U.P. (respondent no.3) within two weeks' time from today. In case any such representation is moved within the said period, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no.3 in accordance with law within next four weeks.
