HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 4752 of 2024 Court No. - 86 HON'BLE HARVIR SINGH, J. 1. This Court vide order dated 4.6.2025 has directed the revisionist to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- by way of demand draft/ pay order in the name of Registrar General A/c, Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre within a period of four weeks from the date. However, as per report of Mediation Centre of this Court dated 11.7.2025, the revisionist has neither deposited the said amount nor appeared on the date fixed. However, this Court vide order dated 22.8.2025 has granted another one week time to deposit the said demand draft before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, but no latest report has been submitted by mediation centre in this regard. 2. Learned counsel for the revisionist seeks two weeks time to prepare the case and to verify the fact whether the amount has been deposited or not. 3. List on 25th March, 2026, by which Mediation Centre of this Court shall submit a report as to whether the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has been deposited by the revisionist or not.
