Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Rafick Ahmed @ Rafik Ahmed has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonari P.S Case No. 112/2024 registered under Sections 108/308(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. It appears that co-accused persons have been granted bail by order dated 13.11.2024 in Bail Appln. No.2984/24. 4. In the instant case, the petitioner have been granted interim pre-arrest bail pursuant to which he has appeared before the I.O and his statement has been recorded. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts as well as the nature of the allegations, pre-arrest bail of Rafick Ahmed @ Rafik Ahmed is allowed. 6. The order of pre-arrest bail dated 25.09.2024 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall continue rendering the co- operation to the investigation ; ii) That the petitioner shall not abscond; Page No.# 3/3 iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
