ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2 nd respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her application, dated 02.07.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 02.07.2024 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if they are
directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is
disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2 nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2 nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy Page No.3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
