02/ 26.09.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.C. Case No. 491 of 2013, registered under sections 498A/494 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rajmahal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is husband of the complainant and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that allegations have made against all the family members however the learned Court has taken cognizance against the petitioner only. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that case is arising out of complaint case.

Considering that petitioner is husband of the complainant and there is general and omnibus allegation, in view of that the petitioner is
directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper.
6. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
