Heard Sri Shahabuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Sher Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6. 2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by the respondent no. 3 Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kalan, District - Shahjahanpur by which the proposal for allotment of fair price shop approved by the Gram Sabha has been rejected and returned back for fresh consideration as the earlier recommendations contained certain technical irregularities. 3. In my opinion by the said order, no right of the petitioner has been infringed. The claim of the petitioner still survives to be reconsidered by the Gram Sabha in direction of the order of the respondent no. 3 dated 25.06.2025. 4. The present petition is misconceived.
