[2025:RJ-JP:21049] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. The Medical Officer In-Charge, Community Health Centre, Tarpura, Sikar. 4. Surbala, Nursing Officer, Community Health Centre, Tarpura, Sikar. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Deendayal Dhabas for Mr. Sandeep Kalwania For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 19/05/2025 1. Petitioner as ANM has been transferred in the list of 15.01.2025 from Community Health Centre, Tarpura, Sikar to Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner vice private respondent No.4. 2. Petitioner challenged her transfer order before the Tribunal by way of filing Appeal No.2143/2025, praising adversarial circumstances in her family, stating inter alia that her mother-in- law is suffering form cancer and her children are minor. That [2025:RJ-JP:21049] (2 of 2) [CW-7627/2025] ground has been considered by the Tribunal on merit and taking into consideration that petitioner was transferred after remaining posted at one place for four years, declined to interfere with the transfer order and permitted the petitioner to submit a Representation, pointing out her family adversities, before the respondents-State Government. 3. This Court finds that the transfer order of petitioner, does not suffer from any malafides or any flagrant violation of any statutory rule or against the transfer policy. In such view of the matter, counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J RONAK JAIMAN/22
