Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. 2. By means of this application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have prayed for quashing the summoning order dated 29.08.2017 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sravasti (in short "trial Court") in Criminal Complaint Case No. 127 of 2016 and for quashing of revisional order dated 15.04.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court, Sravasti in Criminal Revision No. 96/2018. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. The applicants are also granted liberty to appear through their counsel(s). Till expiry of eight weeks or disposal of discharge application, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against him. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, this application stands disposed of.
