1. Heard on prayer for grant of leave to appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits though the trial Court has found that there is liability of the accused, however, only on technical grounds accused was acquitted.

4. Let the petition filed by the petitioner be registered as acquittal appeal.

6. List the matter thereafter.
