The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 05.09.2025 and in pursuant to the Page No.# 2/2 directions of this Court the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 22/2025 and has endorsed the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner. 4. Since, the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him on 05.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
