PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 27.7.2009 passed by the Family Court- cum-Additional District & Sessions Court, Srikakulam in Crl.R.P.No.53 of 2007 reversing the order dated 19.4.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Special Mobile Court, Srikakulam in M.C.No.04 of 2006. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the entire material on record. 3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 01.7.2025, notice could not be served to the petitioner despite best efforts made by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Srikakulam. Notice sent to respondent was received by him and his statement was recorded. It seems that the petitioner contacted the 2nd marriage and blessed with children and is not showing interest to prosecute the case. Despite best efforts made by this Court, whereabouts of the petitioner could not be known and the Criminal Revision Case is pending since 2010. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
