Learned counsel appearing on behalf the Punjab National Bank submits that he has moved a clarification application before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal with regard to the stay order that has been passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. 4. In light of the same, we are of the view that the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal should pass necessary orders on the clarification application filed by the Punjab National Bank expeditiously, preferably on the next date of hearing. 5.
