In view of the above averments, the instant interlocutory application seeking impleadment is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner shall file amended in terms of the Notification no. 79 dated 19.06.2023. On filing such amended cause-title by the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the office to cause necessary correction in the cause-title of the contempt petition as well as in the CIS.
