The present writ petition has been filed for the - 1 - W.P.C No.3534 of 2025 2025:JHHC:21277 following reliefs :- (a) for a direction upon the Chief Secretary, Government of Jharkhand (respondent no.2) to pass necessary order /direction on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure-1), in which, the petitioner has highlighted the grievances against the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies (respondent no.5) and the Head Clerk and also the Secretary, namely, Raj Kumar Pandey (respondent no.6), who even after retirement for more than two years is continuing in the post of Secretary of Moonidih Colliery; (b) for a direction to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies to call for the election of the Moonidih Project Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. as soon as possible, as inspite of retirement of the then Secretary namely, Raj Kumar Pandey, who has retired from the services of BCCL and is also been intimated to vacate the quarter which was allotted to him by BCCL, in spite of which, he is continuing on the post of Secretary, Moonidih Project Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. in connivance with the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies and because of which no election has been held; (c) during pendency of the writ petition, stay of all further cash transaction in the account of Moonidih Project Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., which is being operated by the Secretary, namely Raj Kumar Pandey (respondent no.6), who is continuing on the post of Secretary, even after two years of his retirement. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
