Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with utmost care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that at no point in time, the police authorities have harassed the petitioners. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. 5. As per the say of the petitioners, they are agitating their civil rights before the Civil Court. However, they have made certain baseless allegations against the police authorities. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:7162 WP No. 6474 of 2021 The allegation made by the petitioners are baseless. Moreover, the relief sought by the petitioners cannot be accorded in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be rejected. 6.
