Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar.
On 30.04.2025, Cyber Police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled in a forest near Chopa Village, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It was submitted that no persons have turned up to claim that petitioner had cheated anybody.
Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State though has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025.
