Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. Mr. Surajit Das, learned counsel was appointed as learned Amicus Curiae. However in the meantime, Mr. A.A. Dewan, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent no.2/informant and accordingly, the learned Amicus Curiae is hereby discharged, appreciating his effort in taking up the case. 3. The learned counsel for the informant objects to the grant of the bail. 4. In the FIR, it is alleged that the offence of rape was committed upon the victim twice and a similar fact also emerges from the statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has also rightly contended that in such a statement, the alleged victim has fully implicated the present accused and there also she has stated about the occurrence on two occasions. 6. Since this is a petition for anticipatory bail, I do not find sufficient merit therein and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail application stands rejected. Page No.# 3/3 7.
