Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite party Nos.1 to 4. 2. In view of the order being passed, issuance of notice to opposite party No.5 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 10.11.2025 whereby petitioner's appointment on the post of Anganwadi Worker in the center concerned has been cancelled primarily on the ground that petitioner's Income Certificate stood cancelled. 4. It is admitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that she was appointed under Below Poverty Line (BPL) category. 5. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 21.11.2025, which are taken on record and as per which, it is submitted that the appointment of petitioner as Anganwadi Worker has been cancelled solely on the ground that her Income Certificate stood cancelled, against which no appeal has been filed. 6. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to challenge the cancellation of Income Certificate in appropriate proceedings. In case she succeeds in such proceedings, cancellation of the petitioner's appointment as Anganwadi Worker shall be re-visited.
