This Court vide order dated 22.03.2025, made an observation that this matter is listed for the sixth time for non-compliance of the office objections. Inspite of it, office objections are not complied with. Hence, on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- payable at the Registry, finally two weeks time is granted to comply with the office objections. It was also made clear that if the cost is not paid and the office objections are not complied within two weeks, list the matter for dismissal. 2.
