This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.553 of 2013 (Awadheswh Vs. Phool Chandra and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 419, 420, 376, 494, 495 IPC, Police Station Khuthan, District Jaunpur within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2013, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Complaint Case No.553 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
